We custom make each dress according to the child's personal measurements. Because of this we can not re-sell the dress. We do not accept returns or give refunds unless we have not made the dress to the measurements that were given to us. Measurements are kept on file and it is a good idea to keep in mind growth spurts if a dress is ordered months in advance. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the Postal Service which is out of our control. If the color is an issue, we need two samples from the customer before making the dress. Once an order is paid for and placed you can not cancel.
